Most likely! However, if you’re sending unusually large or heavy items, please reach out to us before shipping. We can accommodate large products, and our production studio has a roll-up warehouse door for freight shipments*. Products larger than 3 feet on the longest side may incur an additional charge based on their size.

Your project manager will be accessible by phone and email, and can also collaborate with you through popular video conferencing platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Most projects are completed within 1.5 to 2 weeks, excluding holidays, from the time we receive both your products and payment. If your project requires a large number of photos, additional production time may be needed.

No, all of our photography and editing is done entirely in-house at our Las Vegas studio. Keeping everything under one roof allows us to ensure quality at every stage of the process.
We bring extensive experience to the table! Most of our senior photographers have been with us for over 5 years, specializing in product photography. As of now, our Production Manager has been with our studio for over 7 years, and our Creative Director has been shooting product photography since our inception over 20 years ago, in 2003.

Individual product photos are delivered as high-resolution, 300 DPI JPEGs at maximum quality settings, measuring 3000×3000 pixels.
Hero shots are 7360 × 4912 pixels (before cropping) and are provided as transparent PNG files.
Along with the high-resolution originals, our server also offers several smaller JPEG sizes, optimized for web use.
Upon final delivery, the photographs are licensed to you on a royalty-free basis. This means you are free to use the images in any of your publications, as often as you like, and distribute them widely, without ever owing us royalties. The photos can be used in all forms of publication, including print advertising, packaging, websites, television, and more.

If we make a mistake, we will gladly re-shoot or edit the photos at no additional charge to correct it. Re-shoots requested for artistic or editorial reasons, or those resulting from client error or omission, will be quoted when the change request is made.
The cost of return shipping will be included in your estimate and invoice. Alternatively, you can provide a return shipping label or your UPS or FedEx account number, if available.
Please note that due to import and export regulations, return shipping is only available for US addresses. If you’re located outside the United States, please consult your project manager for return shipping options.
In some cases, especially for low-value products, it may not be worthwhile to pay for return shipping. If you prefer, we can responsibly dispose of your products on your behalf.
If you’d like, you can also choose to have your products donated to a charitable organization. We frequently support The Shade Tree and the Las Vegas Rescue Mission.
Certainly! If you’re in the Puyallup area and would like to pick up your products in person at our studio, simply let your project manager know, and they will be happy to arrange an in-person pick-up for you.

After booking your shoot you will get an email confirmation with your order number and shipping instructions to send your products to our studio.
To provide shoot instructions simply reply to your order confirmation with your instructions, shot list, sample images or reference websites, or you can upload during the booking process as well.
Once your products arrive and are checked in you will get an email. Our team reviews your instructions and provides a quote for approval prior to shooting.
We send you a gallery to review and download your photos via email and in your account as well as your invoice which can be paid online. If you require any edits please contact us within 10 days.
After your order is complete we proceed to return your products or dispose of them based on what you selected when booking your shoot.
